Leeds man charged with trespassing at gas station

A Leeds man was arrested at the Sunoco at 430 North Main St., Leeds on a trespassing charge Tuesday at around 2:22 p.m.

Police say that earlier in the day, at around  8:39 a.m., Robert Rahilly, 54, was given a no trespassing order by the owner of the Sunoco and escorted off the premises by police. Later on, police say they received report that Rahilly was on the premises.

Upon arriving, police say they found Rahilly sitting on an air conditioning unit. Police allege that they told him he wasn’t welcome on the property and that he was going to be arrested for trespassing.

Rahilly was taken into custody without incident.
