HADLEY – Peter Waskiewicz and his daughter, Jessica, 9, played a game of "Around the World" on the hoop near their home farm stand on Saturday. Waskiewicz grows gourds and pumpkins - and asparagus, in season - on his parents' land, also in Hadley. He noted that as the season is winding down the selection is not what it was, but there's still plenty to choose from.
