Weekly Food Photo Contest: This week’s winner, Leah Glasser of Goshen

Published: 09-01-2023 2:00 PM

Leah Glasser of Goshen grew up in Brooklyn, New York, so she understands the importance of a proper bagel with lox and schmear! She and her husband Gerry recreated her childhood “classic Brooklyn Jewish breakfast plate,” which includes a filleted whole smoked whitefish, lox, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, green and yellow peppers for added color, “served with bagels, bialies and cream cheese, of course.”
