There are millions in the United States and many who enter on a regular basis who are, in effect, legal bad guys/those who have committed felonies in there lifetimes but were never caught. These people are considered clean non felons by our government who may purchase guns legally, oftentimes they do so for personal misuse, which includes buying them for those who are not legally allowed to purchase them themselves, etc. The aforementioned is a primary reason guns are in our midst illegally which reveals, in actuality, that the only actual legislation that will end gun problems is to totally prohibit gun ownership by private citizens. While the continual watering down of the Second Amendment with band aid legislation (banning guns in certain venues, etc.) slows down the problem only total banishment of civilian gun ownership will end the killing and maiming by guns in America
