William C. Walden: Where’s the espionage?

It’s curious that in the 37 articles in the Trump indictment there appear to be no explicit references to espionage in the service of a foreign government, industrial espionage in the service of a corporation, or even a provable intent to the same. The articles appear to be entirely involving Trump’s handling of federal records and responses to federal agents. Maybe there’s supposed to be an unwritten, unspoken allusion to the Russia collusion accusations a few years back but such an allusion is too vague and chronologically distant to apply. The question remains: Where is the espionage?
