DEERFIELD — There are no new faces in town government following Monday’s annual town election, despite two contested races.

Planning Board incumbents Henry Komosa Jr. and Roger J. Sadoski Jr. held on to two open Planning Board positions against challenger Steven L. Pistrich. Sadoski received the most votes, at 214, Komosa second at 198, and Pistrich third, receiving 134 votes.

Sadoski and Komosa will each serve three-year terms.

In a race for an open seat on Frontier Regional’s School Committee, incumbent Robert J. Decker III defeated newcomer Erika Higgins Ross. Decker will serve another three years.

Elsewhere, there were no other contested races among the 12 open seats on this year’s ballot.

Those re-elected are: Selectman Trevor D. McDaniel; assessor Francis G. Sobieski; Deerfield School Committee member Kenneth M. Cuddeback; and Leonard T. Grybko Jr., as elector under the Oliver Smith Will.

Daniel F. Graves has been re-elected as moderator; and incumbents Grant D. Bialek, Kathleen O’Rourke, and newcomer Marjorie A. Shearer have been elected to Tilton Library Trustee positions.
