The Northampton Democratic City Committee isholding its annual caucus in early March to send delegates and alternate delegates to this year’s Democratic Convention. The caucuses will be held virtually by ward. The Endorsement Convention will be held on Saturday, June 4, at the DCU Center in Worcester (in-person and virtually) to endorse candidates for statewide office.
The Northampton caucuses will be held virtually at the following dates and times. Attendees are strongly urged to register in advance to help expedite the check-in and voting processes.

The caucuses are open to all, with eligibility for voting and running as a delegate extended to any Northampton resident who is a pre-registered or registered Democrat at the time of the caucus. Pre-registered Democrats who turned 16 years old by February 4, 2022, will be allowed to participate in the caucus, including running for delegate or alternate. The city Democratic Committee warmly welcomes participants. Youth, minorities, lgbtq, and people with disabilities may apply to be “add-on” delegates.
