Leyden man arraigned for larceny at condo association

NORTHAMPTON – A Leyden man was arraigned in Hampshire Superior Court Monday afternoon for allegedly stealing more than $1,200 from a condo association.

Shane Parker, 33, pleaded not guilty to a single charge of larceny over $1,200 and was released on his own recognizance. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 15.

According to his indictment, Parker allegedly stole more than $1,200 worth of funds from the Upper Orchard II Condominium Association. The indictment says the alleged thefts took place in Northampton, and that the thefts occurred between Aug. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2018.
