BELCHERTOWN — Big Y recently announced new appointments. Among them was Adam C. Hebert of Belchertown, named a senior security control specialist at the Big Y Store Support Center in Springfield.
HADLEY — The following people will staff the new Greenfield Savings Bank location in Hadley:
Hector Toledo has been named office manager. He joined GSB with 28 years of experience in banking. He will concentrate on business development, in addition to managing the operations of the Hadley office.
Toledo is a member of the board and chairman of the finance committee of Baystate Health Systems and a member of the board of the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. He has previous served as chairman of the board of Sprinfield Technical Community College, and as a board member of both the YMCA of Greater Springfield and the United Way of the Pioneer Valley. He lives in Springfield with his wife and two children.
Jocelyn Walsh has been promoted to the Hadley office as a super banker. Super bankers are customer service professionals who can assist customers with wide range of banking services including account openings, online and mobile banking, as well account transactions.
Before joining the staff in Hadley, Walsh worked for GSB at the Shelburne Falls office for more than two years. She is a native of Shelburne Falls and currently resides in Florence.
Jacqueline T. O’Connell has also joined the staff of the GSB Hadley office as a super banker. She has worked for GSB for more than three years at the Amherst office on University Drive. O’Connell lives in Hadley.
Joseph Dallair has joined the staff of the GSB Hadley office as a teller. He previously worked three years in customer service positions in other industries. Dallair began working at GSB in 2017 as a teller in the Greenfield office. He lives in Sunderland.
Hadley is Greenfield Savings Bank’s fifth office in Hampshire County. The new location features full-service banking, including safe deposit boxes and a teller-access drive-up ATM.
SOUTH HADLEY — ERA M. Connie Laplante Real Estate has added Jennifer Lewis as the newest member to its team of real estate experts. Born in Chicopee, Lewis has been part of the Pioneer Valley community her entire life. She currently lives in Amherst with her husband and three children. She holds a degree in early education and has spent the last 16 years in that field.
