While I am sad that Ren’s Mobil will no longer be a full-service gas station, I totally understand and support the Gladu family’s decision to no longer supply us with gas.
Ren’s is one of the handful of family-owned businesses in Amherst. The Gladu family has owned the service station for at least 40 years. Over the years they have hired many local high school students to pump gas. Ren and Jeff Gladu are some of the kindest, honest and most helpful people.
Although they will no longer be a gas station, they still offer wonderful car repair services. They are also a great place to find a reliable used car. Ren and Jeff Gladu have come to my rescue on many occasions. Let’s help them remain a successful family-owned business in town. If you need a reliable used car or a great mechanic, I highly recommend Ren and Jeff Gladu
