Frank Martin is bringing some reinforcements with him.

Former South Carolina guard Ta’Quan Woodley announced he was following Martin to UMass on Sunday. He tweeted “100% committed @UMassbasketball #loyalty” with a photo shopped image of him in a maroon Minuteman jersey No. 45.

Woodley played for Martin, who was introduced as UMass’ head coach last week, last season with the Gamecocks. The 6-foot-8 forward appeared in 26 games and averaged 2.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in just 12 minutes of action per contest as a freshman. He has three years of eligibility remaining.

The Camden, N.J., native was a three-star prospect at Camden High School when he committed to the Gamecocks. ESPN.com ranked him the No. 4 prospect in all of New Jersey in high school.

Six South Carolina players entered the transfer portal after Martin was fired in early March.
