Enterprise Rent-A-Car must stop enabling ICE raids
I am writing to express my deep disappointment in Enterprise Mobility (owner of Enterprise Rent-A-Car) for continuing to rent thousands of vehicles to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
We pride ourselves on being a welcoming community, yet this business is profiting from actions that tear families apart. According to recent reports, these rented vehicles are used in aggressive, sometimes violent raids that have terrorized immigrant neighborhoods and caused widespread fear. Enterprise claims to hold high values, yet supporting this state-sanctioned brutality is incompatible with those principles. I, along with many others, am taking my business elsewhere and urge my neighbors to do the same until Enterprise ends its contracts with ICE. We must make corporate complicity in the assault on our immigrant neighbors unprofitable.
