Will Romney say anything to be elected?
To the editor:
Even in this time of extreme partisanship in American politics, I still find myself amazed at the almost-daily comments by Mitt Romney that seem to bear virtually no resemblance to reality. This simply confirms my suspicions while Mitt was our governor that his only interest in that position was as a stepping stone to his higher ambitions.
Back then, as now, he seems willing to say or do whatever it takes to take those next steps. It will truly be a sad day in this country if the American voters elect a man who appears to have no qualms about using deceptions, distortions and downright dishonesty in his quest for the presidency.
