Northampton police issue sex offender notice

Dwayne Lewis Dudley, 52, of 43 Center St. was convicted in 1989 of two counts each of rape of a child by force and indecent assault and battery on a child and sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Dudley is described as a white male, about 150 pounds, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, with brown eyes and graying hair and a goatee.
