∎ Indira Osorio, 28, of 491 Bridge Road Apt. #726, was arrested about 2:19 a.m. Sunday at Meadowbrook Apartments on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police responded to a disturbance call.
∎Christopher M. Lopez, 25, whose address is listed as the streets of Northampton, was arrested about 5:42 p.m. Saturday on King Street on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol on city streets or sidewalks, procuring liquor for a person under 21, and contributing to the delinquency of a child, after he was observed purchasing and giving alcohol to a minor, police said.
∎ Tai T. Tran, 18, of 72 Barrett St. Apt. #218, was arrested about 8:38 p.m. Friday at Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School on charges of being a person under 21 in possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
∎ Chad Edmond Sparling, 39, whose address is listed as the streets of Northampton, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Friday on a pair of warrants. One, issued from Springfield District Court on charges of larceny by check over $250, and uttering a false check. The second, from Holyoke District Court on charges of failure to stop for police, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, shoplifting, and possession of a class B drug.
∎ Miguel Angel Martinez, 25, of 320 Stebbins St., Belchertown, was arrested about 3:31 p.m. Friday on Pleasant Street on charges of possession of a class D drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license for being a habitual traffic offender, illegally attaching plates to a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, receiving stolen property under $250 (license plate) (subsequent offense), intimidation of a witness, and a pair of warrants. According to police, one was issued from Westfield District Court on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license for being a habitual traffic offender, and the second from Holyoke District Court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Martinez’s passenger, Isaac Carrero, 36, of Springfield was also arrested on a charge of possession of a class D drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).
