Rolling Acres in Southampton hosts everything from birthday parties to youth group outings to bar mitzvah celebrations — but last Saturday was an open day for anyone to come and enjoy the corn maze, miniature golf and the Jumping Pillow.

The huge inflatable pillow saw by far the most traffic; children in small groups are allowed on it for 10 minutes at a time. For kids like Kyle Brosseau, 10, of Easthampton, the pillow seemed to be the favorite activity. Watching him, it was possible to think he would have been happy if it was the only activity available.

But the corn maze at Rolling Acres is also a big draw. Among those navigating its twists and turns Saturday were many families and groups, including a youth group from Holyoke. Only the most dedicated visitors succeeded in making their way through the maze from start to finish.
