Your Photos: Cook’s Dam in Leeds

Friday, April 13, 2018

Paul Griffin of Leeds is a member of the Northampton Photography Group which meets monthly to discuss and critique photos they’ve made based on a theme.

Griffin said he was walking along the Mill River March 11 around 5 p.m. with that month’s theme in mind: water. “I stopped to watch and listen to the water coming over Cook's Dam.” he wrote in an email to the Gazette. “The rising mist illuminated from behind took on the appearance of a golden cloud hovering above the river. The bridge above created a frame for this magical scene.”
