On Easter I was in a mental health crisis. Trooper Novak was dispatched to the incident. Trooper Novak immediately deescalated the situation with compassion and non-confrontational demeanor. The kindness and metal health awareness of Trooper Novak was the personification of professionalism and a credit to the Massachusetts State Police.
