On and off ramps at Exit 21 on Interstate 91 southbound will be closed until 5 p.m. Monday for pavement milling operations, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transporation (MassDOT).  All lanes of travel on I-91 will be open and appropriate signage has been put in place to detour travelers who want to get on or off I-91 at the site of construction, MassDOT said.
