Wednesday’s prep schools: Williston field hockey shuts out Miss Porter’s

The Williston-Northampton field hockey team beat Miss Porter’s 5-0 at home Wednesday.

Julia MacLean led the Wildcats with two goals and an assist.

Anna Harvey added a goal with an assist, while Aiden Bourbonnais chipped in with a goal.

Boys soccer

Williston 1, Cushing 1 — The Wildcats settled for a tie on the road.

Wyatt Wegrzyn scored Williston’s goal.

Girls soccer

Williston 7, Williams (JV) 0 — Madison Fulcher-Melendy had two goals and an assist in a road win.

Marielle McEnaney added a goal and an assist.

Ana Weed, Sahnet Ramirez, Louisa Weed, Natalie Romain also scored for the Wildcats.

Boys water polo

Canterbury 14, Williston 10 — Dave Janosheck had seven goals in a road loss for the Wildcats.

Girls volleyball

Hotchkiss 3, Williston 0 — The Wildcats fell at home. Lizzie Cuevas led Williston in blocks.
