Diane Williams: More Spelling Bee coverage needed

While I appreciated the front page coverage of the Spelling Bee (March 28, “Queens of the bee”), more information in the article would have appreciated. For example, I am a 10-year volunteer at the Northampton Survival Center, but I was left to wonder if the name of the team that won — EN ESS CEE — was indeed affiliated with the Northampton Survival Center.

What I would like to see in future Spelling Bee coverage is a box listing each team name, the team member names and the team sponsor. I think other readers would appreciated seeing the names of all the local business and residents who participate in this fun and worthwhile local event.
