Signs of the timeThe national tone of aggressive politics with no sense of civility has arrived. I discovered this morning on Lincoln Avenue in Amherst that all of the campaign signs for Dorothy Pam, Stephen Braun and Jim Pistrang were knocked down or simply vanished. The signs for George Ryan and John Page were undisturbed. I really thought that Amherst was above the politics of Fox News, Steve Bannon and the rest of the Trump gang. Another case of finding out how naive I am.
