Police say two girls, 15 and 16, missing from Florence, South Hadley

SOUTH HADLEY — Police are looking for two missing girls, one from South Hadley and one from Northampton.

According to a post on the South Hadley Police Department’s Facebook page, Kylee Powell, 16, ran away from Canal Street on Jan. 31. The posting lists her race as white, and says she has brown eyes, is 5-7 and 184 pounds. The post also says she may be in Northampton or Westfield.

A call to the South Hadley department yielded no additional information.

If she is sighted, the South Hadley department is asking that the local police where she is found be contacted.

Northampton police, meanwhile, are looking for Julianna Washburn, 15.

According to a post on the Northampton department’s Facebook page, Washburn was last seen at her residence in Florence on Feb. 3. The post describes her as white, with brown hair and blue eyes, 5-5 and 197 pounds. It also says she may be in the Springfield area.

A call to the Northampton department yielded no additional information.

Those with information on Washburn’s location are asked to call police 413-587-1100.
