EASTHAMPTON — Parking bans are going into effect in anticipation of Sunday night’s snowstorm across Hampshire County.

In Easthampton, the ban will last from Sunday at 11 p.m. until noon on Monday. During the ban, all on-street parking is prohibited, and parking in municipal lots is restricted from 5 to 7 a.m. for snow removal.

In Northampton, a parking ban is in effect until canceled. This prohibits parking on all city streets and parking lots from midnight to 6 a.m. except for Main Street, where the ban is from 2 to 7 a.m. The Armory Street parking lot is open for use during snow emergencies except from 8 to 10 a.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. to allow for plowing.

Granby will have an on-street parking ban from Sunday at 10 p.m. until Tuesday at 8 a.m.

Holyoke’s parking ban forbids parking on the even side of the street unless otherwise posted. It went into effect at 4 p.m. Sunday until further notice.

South Hadley’s ban is into effect from Sunday at 8 p.m. until Monday at noon. No on-street parking is allowed on Bridge Street, Lamb Street, Bardwell Street, Main Street, Lower North Main Street or Route 116. Otherwise, people in South Hadley are asked to park on the even side of the street on even days and the odd side of the street on odd days.
