Brady Perkins struck out seven batters and amassed two hits with an RBI, as Belchertown beat Amherst 7-3 on Monday in Little League 10-12 Division District 2 Tournament pool play.

Jake Misiaszek (Two hits) and Charlie Fijal drove in two runs each, and Riley Breen had an RBI.

Derek Gould went 3-for-4, and Ian McDonald added two hits. Jake Wahler finished the game pitching for Belchertown (3-2).

Neil Cunniffe and Charlie May doubled for Amherst (3-2). Daighan LeBlanc had an RBI.

Belchertown 15, Southampton 4 (4) — Carsten Matthews was 4-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs.

Alex Ryczek drove in three runs on two hits.

Jacob Gladu pitched the complete game and struck out 10.

Northampton 9, Monson 1 — Matt Bouley and Zac Brittain (two hits) each drove in two runs in a comfortable home win for Post 28 in American Legion play.

Jake Brittain threw five shutout innings to earn the win for Post 28 (8-2). He struck out three and allowed just two hits.

Andy Grygorcewicz had three hits, an RBI and scored three runs.

Aidan Chapdelaine and Mike Mieczkowski added two hits each.

Aldenville 17, Easthampton 5 (5) — Zack Kugler had two hits, including a double, but Post 224 fell on the road. Connor Roy hit an RBI double for Easthampton (4-7).
