Republican candidate John Deaton is relatively unknown in deep blue Massachusetts, and it is a forgone conclusion that Sen. Elizabeth Warren will win the Senate race easily.
Warren was elected with a promise of taking on the big banks. She outsourced her crypto bill to Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan. She works with big banks. Warren promised to make Massachusetts affordable for poor and middle-class citizens. Massachusetts is the most expensive state in the country to live. Fail. Poor and middle-class citizens have given up the dream of homeownership and can barely afford rent.
Warren is unapproachable. Has anyone seen Warren in their town? She is the epitome of an entrenched partisan politician.
John Deaton, on the other hand, is from a background of poverty and understands the struggle. He is hosting a meet and greet in Orange on Oct. 22 at the American Legion, because all towns and cities are important to him. He put himself through law school, joined the Marines and practiced law in Massachusetts, working for the little guy.
John is a fiscal conservative and a social moderate. He’s in the middle like most of us and is bound by no party. John has one test for legislation, is it good for Massachusetts and is it good for America? I urge you to give John a look and elect a senator who understands you and your struggles. He’s been there.
