I must remark upon a recent proposal to simply remove the decayed and deteriorating parking lot located at the juncture of Finn and King streets running north from the Foster Farrar Hardware along the east side of King up to the electric company land! People use it to cut through quickly from Market and North streets to the King Street shopping or the bike path up to Florence. We are not important people but we do live here.

Just remove it. The people who live here will do the rest. For the price of the purchase of the land we will remove the “skull cap” layer of man-made crap that covered and smothered what was left of Mother Earth, on that particular part of King Street, and try, try, try to let things live a little longer.
