There is something really good happening at Holyoke High School. Four young women have qualified for the 4x1 at Nationals in Eugene, Oregon. They are the first ever Holyoke team to qualify for this event. When they were told "no," they problem-solved a solution. They need community support to get to this event. They are all student-athletes. The senior, Veronica, is headed to Fordham University in the fall where she plans to study political science in her pursuit to go to law school. These young women are a wonderful example of what is good about Holyoke and their desire to represent the city in a positive light should not be underestimated. They have set up a GoFundMe for community support: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-holyoke-girls-4x1-national-run
