Walter Krzeminski: Use welfare to help kids play sports

If a single parent who is living on public relief has children in high school who wish to play sports cannot afford to pay the user fees for participation in after school sports, shouldn’t public welfare be required to pay said fees. And what of parents who can afford to pay sports participation fees but their children are not quite good enough to play and are continually cut from teams?
