UMass senior wide receiver Andy Isabella was named to the Walter Camp All-America First Team on Thursday during the ESPN College Football Awards Ceremony hosted at the College Football Hall of Fame.

The Walter Camp Football Foundation will recognize Isabella, who was present at the ESPN ceremony as one of only three finalists for the Biletnikoff Award, during an awards banquet on Jan. 12 in New Haven, Connecticut.

Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy won the Biletnikoff Award.

Isabella led FBS in yards receiving (1,698) and yards receiving per game (141.5). He ranked third in receptions per game (8.5) and tied for fourth in touchdown catches (13). The Mayfield, Ohio, native had 102 catches over 12 starts, with at least four catches in every game.

He set program records for single-season and career yards receiving (3,526) with the final catch of his collegiate career, a 45-yard touchdown at No. 5 Georgia.

Isabella is the program’s second Walter Camp All-America Team selection following Tajae Sharpe’s second-team nod in 2015.
