NORTHAMPTON — The fourth meet of the PVIAC indoor track season took place at Smith College on Sunday, and five Hampshire County schools competed while one enjoyed their bye week.

Amherst, Northampton and South Hadley all participated in the early meet, while Hampshire and Holyoke raced in the late meet. The Blue Devils girls swept all three of their meets to highlight Sunday’s performances, and the Purple Knights’ boys team found itself in a close battle with Putnam.
