HOLYOKE — Police say they are still investigating the shooting of five people in the South Street Plaza earlier this month.

Police responded to the Clubhouse bar on May 1, where they found two shooting victims and provided first aid. An additional three shooting victims showed up to the Holyoke Medical Center emergency room at the same time, according to police.

Asked for an update on the shootings, Holyoke Police Department Capt. Matthew Moriarty said that the department has no update on the health status of those who were shot. He said none of the victims has cooperated with city police.

“Due to the victims refusing to speak with Holyoke detectives, investigation is ongoing,” Moriarty wrote in an email. “No arrests have been made at this time.”
