Both sides of the court were clicking for the Holyoke boys basketball team, which has been the case so far early on this season. The Purple Knights improved to 4-0 following their 59-48 home victory over Greater Lawrence Tech on Monday afternoon, and in each contest this winter, Holyoke has scored 55 points or more.
Calvin Godbolt was the game’s high scorer with 19, as he continues his scorching start to the 2024-25 campaign. Holyoke also got strong performances from Jordan King-Perilli (15 points) and Aden Cabrera (14 points), who knocked down three 3-pointers.
The Purple Knights outscored Greater Lawrence 22-10 in the opening frame, and held the visitors to just six second-quarter points en route to a 33-16 halftime lead. Greater Lawrence never threatened as Holyoke stamped its fourth win in as many tries.
