For the first time in three years, Hadley held its Memorial Day parade Sunday under a near-perfect sunny day. The hourlong march began with a flag-raising at the Hadley American Legion Post 271 on Russell Street and ended on the Town Common on West Street near the General Hooker Monument. Before the parade, there was a series of memorial events at town cemeteries.
