Amherst

Chapin Duffy was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.



Nathan Z. Diplock was named to the fall semester dean’s list at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Minneapolis/St. Paull, Minnesota.



Aaron Miller was named to the fall semester dean’s list at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey.

Belchertown

Erica Boileau was named to the fall semester dean’s list at The University of Scranton, Scranton, Pennsylvania. Boileau is a junior chemistry major in the university’s college of arts and sciences.



Jouli Mikhail Gobrial has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. Gobrial is studying communication sciences and disorders.

Deerfield

Angela Cabral was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Easthampton

Audrey Ladouceur was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Springfield College in Springfield. Ladouceur is studying human services.



Jordan Burt, a member of the class of 2019, was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Assumption College in Worcester.



Connor D. Gibbs was named to the “A” dean’s list at Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y.



Cassandra Golob, class of 2017, was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Regis College in Weston.

Florence

Francois Venne, a first-year student, was named to the fall semester dean’s list at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. He is the son of Genevieve and Fred Venne.



Lauren McGrath was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Siena College in Albany, New York.



Allie G. Martineau, daughter of Steven and Holly Martineau and a Northampton High School graduate, has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Martineau is majoring in writing and minoring in women’s studies. She was published four times this past fall in the college’s newspaper, The Beacon, and online site, www.hercampus.com for articles relating to student/campus life, and plans to graduate in May 2017.



Thomas McLaughlin has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Adams. He is the son of John McLaughlin and Julia Cashman McLaughlin.



Andrew Ruszczyk was named to the fall semester dean’s list at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, where he is majoring in business administration at the Peter T. Paul College of Business.



Ella S. McDonald was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. McDonald, a member of the class of 2019, attended Northampton High School and is the daughter of Douglas and Deanna McDonald,

Granby

Kily Baran was named to the 2015 North Atlantic Fall All-Academic Team at Castleton University in Castleton, Vermont.

Hadley

Krupa Patel, was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Lincoln Memorial University, Harrogate, Tennessee.



Molly Glazier, daughter of Todd and Sandy Glazier, has been named to the fall semester deans’s list at Fitchburg State University, Fitchburg, where she is in the nursing program



Adam Waskiewicz, son of Edward and Gloria Waskiewicz, has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Holyoke Community College in Holyoke.

Haydenville

Clark University senior Caleb Boas, completed his project “Invasive Species Management at an Urban Wildlife Sanctuary,” which was funded through Clark’s Liberal Education and Effective Practice, (LEEP) initiative.

Boas worked with the Massachusetts Audubon Society, surveying the area of Broad Meadow Brook. He identified and marked invasive plant species including asiatic bittersweet, Japanese knotweed, purple loosestrife, garlic mustard, and common reed.

Boas, who studies geography, is a member of the class of 2016 at Clark. He is a member of The Clark Bars a cappella group.

Boas is a 2012 graduate of Northampton High School.



Maeve O’Sullivan has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Tufts University. She is majoring in human factors engineering, class of 2017.



Benjamin Preston, the son of Patrick and Deborah Preston, has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Worcester Polytechnic Institutes He is a member of the class of 2018, the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and is pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering with a minor in astrophysics.

Huntington

Erika Vorwerk was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota.

Northampton

Zachary Charren-Diehl was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pennsylvania. He is double majoring in media and communications and philosophy. He is the son of Timothy Diehl and Deborah Charren and a graduate of Williston-Northampton School.

Plainfield

Caleb Nathaniel Alvord has been named to the 2015 fall semester dean’s list at Westfield State University in Westfield.

Sunderland

Jillian Blajda has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at Merrimack College in North Andover. She is a 2015 graduate of Frontier Regional High School.
