The Paul Arslanian Trio - A salute to American jazz, swing & gospel music
Featuring vocalist Evelyn Harris and perennial favorite, bass player Vishnu Wood


Plus Movie Time - A Double Feature!

Keep on Walking - Award-winning documentary about Joshua Nelson, the African-American Orthodox Jewish Gospel singer and the Jubilee Choir. Introduction by filmmaker, Freke Vuijst.
along with
Stormy Weather - The 1943 American classic featuring Cab Calloway, Fats Waller, Dorothy Dandridge, Lena Horne, the mind-boggling Nicholas Brothers and many others.

This evening is a collaboration between Feelin' the Beat and the Northampton Center for the Arts.

Join us for an exciting performance featuring Brenda Bufalino, Josh Hilberman, Drika Overton, Thelma Goldberg, and the Paul Arslanian Trio.

They will be joined by the Legacy Dancers, the Youth Dance Jazz Project and Dancers from the Hackworth School of Dance.

FEEL THAT GOSPEL BEAT:
AN AFTERNOON WITH JOSHUA NELSON & THE JUBILEE CHOIR

World renowned gospel virtuoso Joshua Nelson returns to Northampton for a rousing concert of traditional gospel music, gospel with a rock 'n roll beat, and Nelson's unique brand of traditional Jewish music. Unlike anything you've ever heard.

This program is a collaboration between Feelin' the Beat and the L'Chaim! Jewish Film Festival, and is Sponsored by WFCR, Public Radio for Western New England and the Office of the Jewish Chaplain of Smith College.
