Reactions for Week 15

REACTION 1: How many AFC teams could legitimately win the Super Bowl? I’ve got five: New England, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Denver and San Diego. Nevermind that Jacksonville and Cincinnati could beat any of those teams. That’s amazing.

REACTION 2: Down go the Colts! And I couldn’t be happier. No team should go undefeated in this era and I’m perfectly OK with that.

REACTION 3: Drew Brees (SD-QB) tried desperately to give that game away. Maybe he’s on the Indy payroll. He had two atrocious interceptions and held onto the ball for roughly 3.7 years on another play, which resulted in a fumble and Colts recovery.

REACTION 4: I’m not handing out awards for a few weeks, but the MVP for the second half is officially down to Tiki Barber (NYG-RB) and Larry Johnson (KC-RB). They are carrying teams through the postseason.

REACTION 5: There are many, many fantasy owners cursing out Chris Cooley (WAS-TE) today. The relatively mediocre TE had three touchdown catches in Sunday’s 35-7 win over Dallas and caused many a blowout in fantasy league playoffs. Ouch!

MONDAY NIGHT QUESTIONS
Green Bay at Baltimore (ABC, 9)

I can’t imagine why the Monday Night Football ratings are way down. Can’t we change the system somehow? Shouldn’t the Colts-Chargers, Patriots-Bucs or Redskins-Cowboys have been this week’s big game?

Which players will carry their fantasy teams this week? The Baltimore defense is starting to play well again, and that could spell trouble for Sam Gado (GB-RB0) owners.

Which Ravens running back (if any) will score points, Jamal Lewis (BAL-RB) or Chester Taylor (BAL-RB)?
