Praise for crews on North Street project in Northampton
To the editor:
We want to express our thanks to all involved in the North Street road reconstruction project: Felix Harvey, city engineer, and his crew, for such a thoughtful and well-executed reconstruction plan that will make our street safe for pedestrians and cyclists; Caracas Construction, for such a professional, friendly and hardworking crew; and the detail police officers, for being unfailingly friendly and for guiding us out of our driveway on more than one occasion.
Most of all, thanks to all of these folks for being so solicitous of our 3-year-old son, who thinks this project is the coolest thing ever.
