Consultative committee
UMass announced who was on the consultative committee that would be searching for TraviS Ford's replacement.

The University of Massachusetts has announced the
consultative committee which will be involved in the search for a new head
men's basketball coach at UMass. Director of Athletics John McCutcheon will
oversee and chair the committee which features members of the university
community in various areas. The committee consists of Carol Barr, John Dubach,
Tim Kenney, Ron Nathan, Elaine Sortino, Esther Terry and Glenn Wong.
Barr is the Co-Chair of the UMass Athletic Council. She serves as the
Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs and is an Associate Professor in the
Isenberg School of Management.
Dubach is the Chief Information Officer at UMass Amherst and is the Special
Assistant to the Chancellor.
Kenney is the Associate Athletic Director for Advancement. He has been an
integral part of the athletic department and specifically the men's basketball
program for the last four years.
Nathan is the Executive Director of the UMass Court Club, the fundraising and
booster support group for the men's basketball program.
Sortino is UMass Athletics' Senior Women's Administrator in addition to
serving as an Associate Athletic Director for Sport Programs and Student
Services. She recently won her 1,000th game as the head softball coach at
UMass.
Terry is the Interim Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Campus Life.
Wong is UMass' Athletic Faculty Representative and a professor in the Sport
Management Program.
