The Water Cycle
goes over and over again
You think you
don't see evaporation but it
is going up up up
Now let me tell you
about condensation. BUNCH BUNCH BUNCHING
up is mostly
condensation. BIG cotton balls up
in skies those
are clouds and that shows
the stage of
condensation. Precipitation is the best
of all! Rain!
Snow! Sleet! Hail! Here is _____
a raindrop, now
this goes back to a
l-o-o-o-o-o-ong time ago
when there were dinosaurs, how
COOL! Transpiration is
when precipitation goes on plants
like trees and
again goes up up up!
It also goes
down down down down down.

The Water Cycle
There are four
steps in the water cycle. Number one is
evaporation. By the way
did you know 97.2% of
water is salt water
and 2.8% is fresh water.
Number two is condensation.
Did you know we use
the same water over and over again. Number
three is precipitation. Did
you know the water cycle does all
this over and over
again. Number four is
transpiration. Now my
poem is done and I hope
you like it.

The Water Cycle
The water comes down
to the ground.
It goes in the ground.
It goes up.
It forms clouds.
It rains again.
It goes to the ground and trees
again and again and again
By Zachary Torrey
The Water Cycle
The sun makes you hotter
So people cool off in the water.
Where does water come from?
Water comes from a cloud in the sky,
and I am really not telling a lie.
It precipitates down from a cloud,
and it makes us all scream out loud.
It dribbles down into your pool
so that's what makes us so cool!
So now you know,
same with rain, sleet and snow
Hold on there is more to the story
just wait here for my friend Cory
Hello my name is Cory
and I'm about to tell you a story.
First we start with evaporation
then we go to condensation.
Evaporation is the best
in fact it got settlers to going west.
It brings water in the sky
"This is really a piece of pie!"
Next make water clouds
and you will be so proud
This is called condensation
My favorite is precipitation
It dribbles down your window pane
Just watch that sad wet rain.
This is all part of the cycle
and don't forget to recycle.
There is one more thing I can't forget
It's like feeding the pet I met.
Transpiration goes up and down
It makes Lucy really frown.
It flies off of flowers and trees
and it might land on bumble bees.
So that's the water cycle.
Now you know,
Hope it doesn't rain, sleet or snow.

All the Different Types of Land
Land forms big and tall
long or short we have the all
Volcanoes are too hot
especially at the top
bubbling molting rock
so don't go to the top
A desert is really hot
I’d rather be up top
where it is nice and cool
I don't like quicksand I'm too slow
far away I must go
Now you know that volcanoes are too hot
A desert is hot you want to be up top
and quicksand you're too slow
where can we go?

Raindrops
I am small. I come from the
clouds question who I am?
A RAINDROP!!
A raindrop is tiny, you
may not see when it falls. But
I promise you that if you
go outside with your jacket you
may see it on your jacket
Now let me tell you that a
raindrop comes from the clouds
and it precipitates way DOWN
it falls anywhere, anytime, anyplace.
But I tell you, where is the raindrop?
Well it's easy. The first raindrop
falls and lands somewhere then it
evaporates and that is the
water cycle.
By Silvana Rua
The water cycle is just so great here
are the steps. Condensation ...the clouds
have rain in them. Precipitation... the water
pours down-own-own-own. Transpiration the
water's in the ground. Evaporation... the
water comes up and that is the water
cycle. It goes over and over again…
By Andrew Bzdel
There once was a raindrop that precipitated from the sky
It fell on my head and I started to cry
I ran for shelter only to see
that a raindrop was following me
It hit my head and then evaporated
that made me a happy kid
I followed the noise without even skipping
I found it was only the kitchen sink dripping

Land is dry
and water is wet,
neat land is good for humans,
dry land is thirsty for water,
&
wet means containing water,
a title for my poem is Land and Water,
there are many kinds of land,
earth is where we live on land,
rain is precipitation or water from the sky
By Preston Hallett
Evaporation
it goes up,
and after
that the
clouds build
up
Condensation
collects the water
up in the air
the clouds get to float
that's not fair
Precipitation
it's pretty cool
it sometimes
fills up my pool
The last step
is Collection
in the puddle you'll
see your refection

Observations what I see I see
frogs and plants and ants
eating by tree. I can also
see some bumble bees following
me I looked at the frog and
made some observations and
saw a tail and wondered if
a tadpole had just changed
into a froglet as big as a queen
bee. Then I found some beans
laying on the green. So I picked
it up and it grew as big as me!
Finally I can tell you about
observation it means to look to
see to hear and that's the end
please come again.
Water cycle
At first it evaporates
Then it condensates
Even a few hours after it precipitates
Roots drink the water that transpirates
Cycle after cycle it goes on and on
You know now the steps to the water cycle
Science is what the water cycle is
Lots of times the water cycle comes and goes
Every step that comes our way, we'll be on a different day.

Little tiny seeds.
Inching up through the soil.
Finding a way out of the soil.
Energy from the sun.
Creeping toward the sun
You can start to see the leaves.
Can see many leaves now.
Little buds start to grow.
Everything is out now.
Soon it will die.

Scientific Method
Conclusions is the second to last step
Investigate method
Experiments we do
Need to reserve and record
There are six steps in the scientific method
I guess a hypothesis for my experiment
Find and investigate
I use this method to do experiments
Compare results is last

Water is everywhere, on the ground, on the trees and all over the world
A water cycle has four steps to it evaporation, transpiration, condensation, and precipitation
Transpiration is when water from the trees goes up into the air
Every second the water cycle is going on
Really we never lose water
Can you see evaporation?
You can not see evaporation because it is invisible
Condensation is when a liquid condenses
Look at the sky and see all the raindrops
Evaporation is when water from lakes, rivers, and oceans go up into the air
By Andrew Glosick
Wind blows the snow
After it rains it is wet outside
Time goes by fast when it rains
Everyday the water cycle happens
Rain is a type of precipitation
Cycles happen everywhere
You feel fresh when it rains
Condensation
Love to go outside when it rains
Evaporation gets it started again
By Erin Brbovic
Water has a system
At the start of the system there is evaporation
This is when the water evaporates into the air
Every kids knows condensation is next
Review what we have learned
Condensation is when water vapor condenses into clouds
You know precipitation means rain
Chow to sun hello to rain is what you say when there is precipitation
Like evaporation you can't see transpiration
Every tree needs water but some water evaporates off trees

The first stage
Of the frog life cycle
They lay a lot of eggs
In the water
They look like eyeballs
Staring up at me
Second stage
The egg becomes a tadpole
It has a little tail
The third stage
Is when the tadpole is a frog
It's tail is almost gone
The fourth stage
is when it is an adult frog!

Raindrops, falling from the sky,
as if falling down from heaven,
if frozen can become snow or sleet
tiny pellets of ice falling from the sky,
that is what sleet is,
Snow is fun,
sleet hurts,
rain makes puddles,
puddles are fun,
puddles are made of millions of raindrops bunched together,
when puddles freeze they become ice,
Ice is very slippery,
if it's a frozen lake,
you can skate,
raindrops make it muddy.
By Andrew Reitz
Did you ever think the first raindrop was gone?
well you were wrong, wrong, wrong
even though you may find it queer you may find first raindrop is here
you ask me where it is no one knows
it might be in the process of precipitation
it's when it rains, snows, or sleets
or it might be an evaporation that's when the sun sucks water up
there's two other steps find out yourself what they are
then it is not that hard to find out you're a science star
By Haley Richard
The Water Cycle
The water cycle goes round and round
It doesn't stop when the sun goes down
It goes on in the day
It has three steps I'll tell you the names.
Evaporation the water goes up
Condensation the clouds grow big
Precipitation the water fall
and now I think you know it all.
By Adam Beaupre
The Water Cycle
Rain flows,
Rain goes,
Up and,
Forms clouds.
Then soon,
falls and,
flows and,
goes then,
goes over,
And over,
again!
By Gabe Richardson
I'm a raindrop falling from the sky.
I fall fro a big black cloud.
Sometimes I fall as, sleet, snow, or hail.
This is called precipitation.
I either go up in the sky or down in the ground,
this is called transpiration.
Soon it will get foggy and you can't see me,
because I'm rising up into the sky.
This is called evaporation.
After a while me and my raindrop friends
start to form a cloud.
it gets bigger and bigger, darker and darker.
This is called condensation.
These are the four fantastic steps of the water cycle.
Precipitation
Transpiration
Evaporation
And Don't Forget,
CONDENSATION!!
