The 11th-ranked Amherst College field hockey team extended its win streak to six games with a 3-2 victory over Keene State, Thursday at home.

Ellie Anderson, Katie Paolano and Annika Nygren each scored, while Madeline Tank had one assist.

Rachel Tannenbaum made two saves for the Lord Jeffs (6-2).

Soccer

Amherst College 4, Mount Holyoke 0 — Megan Kim had two goals, while Hannah Cooper and Sarah Frohman each had one as the Lord Jeffs (4-1-2) won in South Hadley.

Zoe Marshall made 14 saves for the Lyons (5-5-0).

Volleyball

Salve Regina 3, Smith College 2 — The Pioneers (10-5) led 2-1 and almost handed the Seahawks (17-1) their second loss but Smith fell 19-25, 25-20, 22-25, 25-21, 15-13 in Northampton.

Paige Sarlandt had 24 kills, while Rosa Drummond added 17 kills in the loss.

Mei-Li Smith and Kristi Hammond each had 22 digs, while Julie Voorhes added 19 and Sonia Brown (Amherst) 15.

Bethany Ashworth had 47 assists and 20 digs for Smith.
