George Propane to build new maintenance building on Cape Street in Goshen

Michael George, general manager of George Propane in Goshen, said the company plans to build a new maintenance building on Cape Street — and hopes to forge good relationships with neighbors while doing so. “We have been looking for a new space for some time because we have just grown out of the current one,” George said. He was referring to maintenance building George Propane operates at 135 Berkshire Trail East. The Zoning Board of Appeals Nov. 20 voted to allow the propane, plumbing and heating company to construct the new building on Cape Street. The company owns 20 delivery and service vehicles.
