SUNDERLAND — The public will have a second chance to discuss Broadway Electrical’s two proposed solar farms at a hearing on Nov. 26.
The 76-year-old Boston-based firm proposed solar arrays for two sites — the Sunderland Elementary School and the public safety complex.
At the school, the developer proposes a ground-mounted array that would produce 450,361 kilowatt-hours on an annual rate. At the public safety complex, Broadway Electrical proposes an array that would produce 507,679 kilowatt-hours.
The selectmen will also have a walking tour of the proposed sites on Nov. 24.
After the second public hearing, the selectmen will decide whether to move forward and schedule a special Town Meeting.
The town hall is accepting public comments on the project.
The public hearing will take place in the Town Hall at 7 p.m.
