Senior pitcher David Longstreeth moved within eight strikeouts of 400 in his career with six in Smith Academy’s 7-2 win over Taconic in Hatfield on Saturday. Longstreeth struck out six to earn the win, while allowing two runs on eight hits and two walks for the Falcons (3-1). Joe Afflitto went 3 for 3 with two RBIs.
