Southampton man obtains assessment test records after 19-month public records battle

NORTHAMPTON — Ten days after a Hampshire Superior Court judge ordered the release of a list of 49 Massachusetts schools and districts that participated in a 2012 international student assessment study, state education officials have turned over the information to a Southampton man who has fought for the records since 2014.
