PELHAM — Two Fitchburg men who were allegedly in possession of 160 bags of heroin were arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 202 Monday afternoon, according to Pelham police. The vehicle was traveling north on Route 202 near the lookout when Pelham officers stopped it at 4:45 p.m. after observing that it had a smashed taillight, said Police Chief Gary Thomann.
