ANNE-ELIZABETH and MACKENZIE CARMICHAEL
Anne-Elizabeth Dupre and Mackenzie Carmichael of Chicopee were married Oct. 13 at Southampton Congregational Church. The Rev. Frank Groggett officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of William and Beth Dupre of Northampton. The bridegroom is the son of Gerald and Mikki Carmichael of Southampton. Following a reception at Mill One at Open Square in Holyoke, the couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Taylor Dupre, the bride’s sister, was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Gabriella Carmichael and Lauren Carmichael Hotz, the bridegroom’s sisters, Kimmy Moorehead and Jade Pinter. The junior bridesmaid was Carolyn Connery. The flower girl was Sarah Tatro.
Derek Revord was the best man. The groomsmen were Dominick Ciuffreda, Michael Bean, Eddie Fournier and Bob Boyer. The ring bearer was Zachary Tatro.
The bride, 30, is a reading specialist at Holyoke Community Charter School. A 1998 graduate of Longmeadow High School, she received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2004 and a master’s degree in elementary education in 2010, both from Westfield State College.
The bridegroom, 28, is employed by Local 104 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in Springfield. He graduated from Hampshire Regional High School in Westhampton in 2002.
