Carolyn Frau & Matthew Parker
Carolyn Frau and Matthew Parker of Florence were married June 17 at the Garden House at Look Park in Florence. The Rev. Donna Crabtree officiated at the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Manuel and Ingrid Frau of Amherst. The bridegroom is the son of Gordon and Susan Parker of Conway.
Following a reception at the Garden House, the couple honeymooned in Salisbury, Conn.
The flower girl was Sevilla Kinney. The ring bearer was Brandon Kinney.
The bride, 27, is a student in the medical assisting program at Springfield Technical Community College. A 2002 graduate of Amherst Regional High School, she received a bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2006.
The bridegroom, 31, is an executive chef at the Clarion Hotel in Northampton. A 1999 graduate of Frontier Regional High School in South Deerfield, he received a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011.
