Valley Views: Local photographers aim their cameras outdoors
A SURE SIGN OF SPRING

If you look closely, you can see a bee on these newly blossoming crocuses. In March, after a couple of late winter snowstorms, these flowers were taking advantage of a sunny day and a warm spot in the garden and “popped” their buds.
Even better than the groundhog, this is a sure sign of spring and I, for one, am excited at the prospect of the new, warmer season ahead.
This image was captured with a DSLR camera and a 200mm telephoto lens zoomed out for a close-up shot.
