The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Kathy Szpila of Easthampton. She is employed as a certified registered nurse anesthetist by Springfield Anesthesia. She is a 2002 graduate of Easthampton High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 2006, and her master’s degree in 2014 from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut.
